Rich's Simple Watermelon

In this week's edition of Urban Tulsa Weekly; Rich at the Dust Bowl Lanes and Lounge mixes up his Simple Watermelon cocktail for Urban Spirits.

Rich's Simple Watermelon

Ingredients:

• 3 inch cut cubes of watermelon
• Lemon Sour
• Simple Syrup
• 1 oz. Gin
• 3/4 oz. Campari

Directions: In a cocktail glass, muddle watermelon, lemon sour, and simple syrup until the juice is nice and rendered. Next pour in the Gin and Campari. Using a shaker with ice, shake up the all the ingredients in your cocktail glass. Finally, strain the contents of the shaker into a lowball glass filled with and a garnish of lemon peel for a perfect cocktail for a perfect game. STRIKE!
